During the next week, Picvario is migrating to a new application architecture. It will increase the efficiency and reliability of the system during high load periods. Therefore, we kindly ask all our customers who use their own domain names to host their Picvario workspace to create a CNAME record in their domain’s DNS settings.
To do this, please follow these steps (for more detailed instructions on creating a CNAME record in your domain’s DNS settings, refer to your domain registrar’s website):
- Log in to your hosting control panel.
- In the domain settings section, locate the DNS settings.
- In the settings section, delete the existing «A» record with the Picvario IP address (54.160.19.69).
- In the settings section, create a CNAME record for your subdomain specifying app.picvario.com.
